Monster Lab accounts are anonymous. There is no name, no email address and no sign-up — nothing that identifies your child.
All that is held for a device is its monsters and its egg counters, keyed to an anonymous install identity. Deleting removes that account and everything stored against it.
This is the fastest route, and it does everything.
This removes the device's account and everything stored for it, immediately and permanently. There is no waiting period, and nothing to email us about afterwards.
Deletion cannot be undone. The monsters are not recoverable once removed.
The anonymous identity lives only inside the app. Uninstalling discards it — and it was the only key linking that data to the device.
What remains on our side is unattributable: it cannot be connected to you, your child or your device by us or by anyone else, and it expires with our normal retention.
If you would like it removed anyway, email [email protected] and we will take care of it.
Please read this before you delete.
Subscriptions are billed by the app store, not by us, so deleting your data has no effect on billing. If you delete the data but not the subscription, you will keep being charged.
To cancel a Monster Lab subscription, do it separately in the store you bought it from:
We cannot cancel a subscription on your behalf, because we are not the ones charging you.
For the full detail of what Monster Lab collects, who receives it and how long it is kept, see the Monster Lab Privacy Policy.
