Account & Data Removal

We respect your right to control your personal data. You can ask us to delete it at any time, for any Appd app, by email. The process depends on whether the app has an account — some of ours deliberately don't.

Apps With an Account

This covers Ankr and our monday.com apps, where you signed up with an email address.

  1. Send an email to: [email protected]
  2. Tell us which app you want removed from
  3. Important: the request must be sent from the same email address that is registered with your account

We use the sending address to verify the request, so we know only you can delete your data.

Monster Lab — Delete It Yourself, In the App

Monster Lab has no account — no name, no email address, no sign-up. You do not need to contact us at all, and deletion is immediate rather than taking days.

  1. Open Monster Lab
  2. Go to the Grown-ups screen (the ⚙ icon)
  3. Tap Delete account & data

This removes the device's account and everything stored for it, immediately and permanently. It cannot be undone.

Already uninstalled the app? The anonymous identity lives only inside the app, so uninstalling discards the only key linking that data to the device. What remains is unattributable and expires with our normal retention. Email [email protected] if you would like it removed anyway.

Deleting data does not cancel a subscription. Subscriptions are billed by the app store, not by us. Cancel separately — on Android via Google Play → Payments & subscriptions, on iPhone or iPad via Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

What Happens Next?

This applies to emailed requests for apps with an account. Monster Lab deletions happen instantly in the app, with nothing to wait for.

  • We will verify the request came from the email address registered to the account
  • Your data will be deleted from our systems within 10 business days
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete

Important Information

Security: for apps with an account, we can only process removal requests sent from the registered email address. This ensures that only you can request deletion of your data.

Permanent Action: Please note that account and data removal is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
